What We’re All About

We were founded on principles.
What do you think of when you hear the term, “The American Dream?” It probably brings wonderful, grandiose ideas into your head. You may think of a luxury car, or a mansion, or a yacht, or a happy family, or maybe just a 3-bedroom house and a job with benefits. Now, what do you think of when you hear the term, “The American Life?” Does is conjure up a different image? Different feelings?
The truth is, there’s a status quo acting in our lives. The average American earns $50,000 a year, and gets a 4% raise each year. This means it takes 20 years to double our income. This is the status quo, it’s just the way things are, right? The average American household carries over $200,000 in debt, and individually we carry $17,000 each in credit card debt. This is the status quo, it’s just the way things are, right? Our divorce rate is over 40%, almost half of all married couples split up. This is the status quo, it’s just the way things are, right?
We don’t think it has to be. We believe that each and every one of us has a dream, and that we need to realize it to be happy. The status quo says you go to school, get a job, and work there until you either physically can’t, or until you die. There are over 300 million people living here, and we think it’s time we start asking, why?
Jim Carrey said, “life doesn’t happen to you, it happens for you.” We need to start thinking about life differently. America is the greatest country in the world. The best medicine, the best technological advancements, the best people. We have unlimited opportunities here, and the sad truth is that we all tend to overlook them, to live safely and to work for someone else’s prosperity.
It’s time to start working for your prosperity. You are undeniably powerful, and we believe in your dreams just as much as you do, if not more. We want your life to be a happy one, one that is free of stress and financial burden, and we know how to get you there.ย There is a clear pathway to success that countless successful people have taken, and we want to share it with you.
Irrational Living, LLC is all about irrational positivity and empowerment. We believe you can do anything. Anything at all. Your mind is just as powerful as that of the greats: Albert Einstein, Amelia Earhart, Steve Jobs, Helen Keller. We all have a tendency to put these people on a pedestal, but the truth is, they’re no different than we are. They may have a higher IQ, or a great mentor, but none of that matters. We want to show you and everybody else that we can all achieve greatness. We can all have the wealth we want, the love we need, the happiness we crave. You deserve it.
It’s time to start living irrationally.

Any time! Haha well I think it’s important to have an irrational belief in yourself and anything you do. Believe you can do something and you open up the possibility ๐Ÿ™‚ I think most people doubt that certain things are possible, and I think that is crippling.

Thanks for the visit and the comment. I’m all about defying the mind set that is the status quo. I’d rather be illogical/irrational against the norm. As I always say, why be normal when you can be so much more?
Keep spreading the power – Love, light and positive energy to you. Cheers! ๐Ÿ™‚

It took me a really long time to recognize that the American Dream is just fantastical mindset (perhaps due to my early exposure to American movies portraying the sweet American life.) I really set my sights on NYC. It was only in my early twenties when I realized that I don’t have to come to America to live the American Dream. You have proven it right. The American Dream can be lived anywhere else, with hard work and determination. I think it’s time people start giving a new connotation to these two old words.

Yes, absolutely. The American dream is of opportunity, and you can find or MAKE your opportunities anywhere. You just need to take control ๐Ÿ™‚
